28COE is a consortium of “Co-founders”. Each Team is led by a local “28COE Co-founder”. The team is the official national representative of the project – responsible for collecting Signups in the country on annual basis events, activities, launching producing a ‘National Report’ on their findings, and acting as the point of contact for 28COE  inquiries.

All National Teams are also National Sponsors since they contribute resources.
