Her Excellency Ms. Rose-Ann Benjamin

H.E Rose-Ann Benjamin holds an Associate degree in Sociology, Government and Politics and English. She is a graduate of St. George’s University Grenada (American University) with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and a specialization in Social Work. H.E went on to further her studies at the East China Normal University China where she graduated with Honours in Management. Before joining the foreign diplomatic Mission, H.E had been an educator for over years. H.E has a passion for Agriculture, as such she held the post of President of the Predial Larceny Association where she mediated between farmers and the police. Additionally, H.E has done reformation work at Her Majesty’s Prison in Grenada, and holds a certificate in Disaster Management through the Caribbean Disaster Management Agency.
H.E love making connections through cultural exchanges and socialization, this has led her to work in Kazakhstan (Atana 2017 expo), South Korea (cyber bullying through child online protection and accessible technology for persons with disabilities), China (education for all, empowering rural communities) Presently, H.E is pursuing another Masters in Juvenile Justice with Hempster Shire University in the U.S. H.E. is the first Consul General for the Island of Grenada in this region and look forward to creating history by promoting, collaborating and networking to connect Grenada and all those she encounters in the UAE to build strong ties and opportunities.
